Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a separate shipping notification with tracking details once your order is on the way.

Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, and select international locations.

Estimated delivery windows:

  • United States: 5–8 business days

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 14–21 business days

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and delivery method.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs & Duties

For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These are determined by your country’s regulations and are the customer’s responsibility upon delivery.
