All products are made to order and printed just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds.

We work closely with our manufacturers to ensure the highest quality possible. If you experience an issue, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase at hello@womenofpm.com with your order number and a brief description of your concern.

🔹 Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

• Printed-on-demand items

• Custom items, including signed books

• Sale items

• Gift cards

• Items returned without prior approval

We do not offer direct exchanges. If an exception is approved, it will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not offered except in rare, approved situations. If a refund is issued, it will be returned to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.
